Nissan Appoints New Vice Chairman
Tokyo, September 3, 2001 -- Nissan Motor Co., Ltd announced today the appointment of Mr. Takeshi Isayama as Vice Chairman effective September 16.
Mr. Isayama will join Nissan as Vice Chairman to support Yoshikazu Hanawa, Chairman.
Mr. Isayama, formerly Director-General of International Trade Policy Bureau of Ministry of International Trade and Industry, has extensive experience in international trade policy, and was most recently the Visiting Scholar of Asia Pacific Research Center of Stanford University.
