NISSAN JUKE ROCKS - THE RESULTS
From March 8th until May 8th, Nissan electrified the web with its Nissan Juke Rocks contest. Four bands from four countries confronted each other through various challenges, trying to win an exclusive, turbo charged concert by getting votes from followers on Nissan's YouTube channel
France was represented by the Pony Pony Run Run, Germany by Bakkushan, Italy by The Visitors Attak and Spain by The Pinker Tones.
After two months of relentless competition, the band The Pinker Tones took victory with more than 42 247 votes from Internet fans.
The Pinker Tones seem to have been the best, they managed to stand out in the different challenges. They made a record sleeve of quality, a surprising Flash Mob and an incredible concert at one of their fans' home.
Fans will be able to enjoy the explosive gig that will be taking place in the home town of The Pinker Tones (date to be announced soon)
The lucky winners of the Facebook package that was to be won during the contest will benefit from a return flight, limousine transfer, a VIP and backstage access to the concert, as well as one hotel night.
Travelling through Italy, the US and Canada, Mister Furia and Professor Manso skimmed through a considerable part of the world in order to share their catchy and humorous music.
These two young men from Barcelona performed in more than 40 countries and have already produced 6 albums. With an exceptional creative quality, The Pinker Tones offer happy and exhilarating tracks by combining pop with electro music.
