Why is Nissan Different

Sinan believes that it is Nissan's Japanese DNA which truly sets it apart in such a competitive market. He adds that at Nissan's core, its purpose is to enrich people's lives, and that this translates throughout the products Nissan creates and the company's broader impact on the ecosystem.

Sinan also believes The Alliance with Renault and Mitsubishi is a key differentiator giving Nissan a strong competitive advantage. Collaboration across the Alliance allows for shared expertise and each member benefits from the scale of its combined operations.

Future Predictions

Sinan believes, after the end of COVID-19 and various supply chain issues, that the new era for the industry will be the phase of mobility. The user experience goes beyond the vehicle, so Sinan believes a company must maximise on all its touch points with the customer.
