Kuze-san brings significant creativity, experience and passion to the role, and I look forward to seeing what he and the talented team at NDE will achieve together.”

Kuze joined Nissan in 1999 and has more than 25 years of experience across production and concept design. His key projects include the 2020 Patrol, first-generation Magnite and Hyper Punk concept. Kuze is also the creative force behind the upcoming Nissan JUKE EV, one of the next generations of electrified Nissan vehicles for Europe. Kuze said: “NDE has a strong history of creating distinctive and innovative vehicles for Nissan, and I look forward to building on that legacy. I’m excited to work with the talented team in London, alongside colleagues across AMIEO and Nissan’s global design organisation, to help shape the next generation of Nissan design.”

Since opening in London in 2003, NDE has played an important role in Nissan’s design activities, with a particular focus on supporting markets across the AMIEO region. NDE is an integral part of Nissan’s global design network, led by the Nissan Global Design Center in Atsugi, Japan.
